Job Description

The Product and Program Instructor will possess extensive knowledge, experience, and a track record of exceptional performance in facilitating effective outcome-oriented Anywhere and Coldwell Banker Real Estate related Products and Programs, i.e. MoxiWorks, CB Desk, CBU Learning Center, etc. This position requires active collaboration within the Anywhere Client Success team and across Anywhere Brands, refining and delivering training courses and support materials.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Position

This position will deliver product and program-related training focusing on all Anywhere Brands and requires an individual with solid communication skills and the capacity to collaborate in problem-solving.

Additionally, this individual must demonstrate an exceptional ability to understand and support the Coldwell Banker Real Estate initiatives, challenges, support tools, and culture and adapt their training facilitation to support each brand.

This individual needs a deep understanding of adult learning principles, along with proven and emerging methodologies and technology supporting learning effectiveness. In addition, this individual must stay abreast of best practices in blended and social learning, learning management systems, virtual delivery learner engagement options, and other relevant aspects of learning.

The instructor must demonstrate a solid ability to manage training sessions to drive optimal and measurable outcomes and results, including increased utilization of brand tools and systems and increased productivity.

This is a remote, home-based position may require up to 10% travel.


  • Deliver Product and Programs courses virtually and occasionally in-person

  • Follow the organizational training and development strategy, vision, and action plan to deliver world-class courses which impact the success of Coldwell Banker Real Estate agents, and affiliates.

  • Responsible for entering upcoming classes into learning platform.

  • Contribute to writing and refining class communication templates, including pre-class letters, follow-up emails, certificate of completion communications, etc.

  • Maintain detailed class attendance records and proactively communicate attendance to brands and leadership on a weekly basis.

  • Actively encourage and support the widespread use of the learning platform, REScoreboard, and other productivity tools.


  • Undergraduate degree or related work experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training delivery

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology training preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in training virtually

  • Working knowledge of adult learning theory and prior work experience in adult education, instructional design or eLearning is preferred

  • Prior experience in real estate sales or management is preferred


  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with individuals at all levels across the organization, including within Client Success, across all brands, affiliates and agents.

  • Strong organization and time management skills.

  • Exceptional success in leading and facilitating results-oriented virtual courses.

  • Demonstrated success in managing a classroom and a virtual classroom setting.

  • Proven experience in delivering technology training

  • Proven experience in delivering virtual training through best-in-class learning platforms like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Adobe Connect or Cisco WebEx.

Advanced proficiency in Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.)
